The primary business of MaJo usluge is the installation and maintenance of central heating, cooling and ventilation systems in residential and commercial buildings. Our fully-trained fitters are ready to perform any simple or demanding task in the shortest possible time and at the most affordable price. HEATING: In cooperation with world-renowned companies such as MITSUBISHI, TOSHIBA and VAILLANT, we install HEATING devices and in both large and small residential and commercial spaces. We install floor and wall heating or radiator heating, heat pumps and condensing gas boilers, using certified high-quality materials recognized on the world market (stainless steel, black steel pipes, pex/Al/pex pipelines, copper pipelines, etc.) depending on the requirements of investors and engineers designers. COOLING: In cooperation with MITSUBISHI, TOSHIBA, VAILLANT, we also install COOLING devices and systems. We offer various cooling systems, from the smallest SPLIT SYSTEM (one indoor and one outdoor unit) to the most demanding and economically viable VRF COOLING SYSTEM with the possibility of combining up to 30 indoor wall, ceiling or duct units to one outdoor unit. VENTILATION: As an integral part of the cost estimate for heating and cooling, we install VENTILATION. With channels made of steel or aluminum sheet or SPIRO pipes, we follow all construction and engineering standards on the market. BOILER ROOMS: We build and maintain all types of boiler rooms or smaller substations for heating residential or commercial buildings. CHIMNEY REPAIRS: We repair chimneys for condensing boilers with INOX or PP PIPELINES for all types of boiler rooms, small or large residential and commercial premises.
